Terms & Conditions:

  1. By paying any part of the invoice you are also agreeing to the terms and conditions
  2. This quote is valid for 30 days as of the date above
  3. Damage to the Equipment or Booth must be paid for by the hiring client
  4. Set-up and dismantle of the booth are included in the quote
  5. No refund on deposits for cancellations within 120 days of event date
  6. More than 120 days notice of cancellation of event date receive a full refund of deposit
  7. Funbooth or its employees will not be held responsible for any delays in timings at the event therefore hire times cannot be changed on the day of the event. Prior notice is required
  8. Funbooth uses Card Support Gateway for its phone credit card transactions, providing a safe and secure means of collecting payments. Payments are fully automated with an immediate response. Your credit card details are kept private and never written down.

  10. Unless otherwise stated by you in writing/email, funbooth can use photos from the event for promotional use on social and media sites including its own website
